Hydra® Wet & Dry Industrial Vacuum Cleaners



Dynavac® Hydra Series industrial vacuum cleaners run on three-phase electricity and are fitted with cartridge filters. The Hydra Series industrial vacuum cleaners are designed for heavy-duty, continuous operation. These machines can be used to pick up both dry and liquid waste.

The Hydra Series industrial vacuum cleaners have a solid steel frame and are built to withstand tough site conditions. These heavy-duty vacuum cleaners can be used for a wide variety of applications including pharmaceutical, chemical, food processing etc. The machines are also available in ATEX explosion proof models.

HYDRA SS

HYDRA PJ

These wet & dry industrial vacuum cleaners are fitted with an automatic filter cleaning mechanism. A pulsejet of compressed air is periodically released against the filter to keep it from clogging and thus running at maximum efficiency.A compressed air inlet has to be provided by the end user.

HYDRA PJ C

These industrial vacuum cleaners also have an automatic filter cleaning mechanism. The added feature of thisadvanced design heavy duty vacuum cleanerfrom Dynavac® is that It has a’in-built’ single piston cylinder 0.2 HP compressor which provides the pulse of compressed air required for automatic filter cleaning. There is no requirement for an external source of compressed air.

Ring Blower

The ring blower is the engine that makes the vacuum cleaner run by providing constant and consistent vacuum suction. It is produced with die-cast aluminium alloy for maximum efficiency and reliability. The ring blowers we use are robust and meant for heavy duty, non-stop operation.

Filters

We use 3 M class antistatic cartridge filters for each of our Hydra series machines. Our polyester cartridge filters have a layer of aluminum, which makes them antistatic. This antistatic property is very important because during suction of dust, especially very fine particles static build up may occur.
These cartridge filters also have a very smooth surface which allows dust to slip away and prevents frequent filter clogging.

Cyclone

Dynavac® Hydra series machines have their cyclones designed in such a manner that it prevents direct contact of sucked material with the filter.
Our design prevents the descending dust and the dust already inside the collection drum from being sucked onto the filter.

Tangential Inlet

The Hydra industrial vacuum cleaners have a more optimal cyclonic effect due to tangential inlet into the machine.

Machine Frame & Collection Tank

Made with solid steel and an innovative sleek design, our machines are easy to handle as well as service. The collection drum is also designed for easy removal and locking.

Hose & Accessories

All our machines come with a full set of attachments for different cleaning operations and the vacuum hose.


M Class Cartridge Filter Advantages

The fundamental advantageof the M Class cartridge filter over the polyester cartridge filter is that the M Class filters due to the design of its surface whereas the non-woven filters because of the thickness of the material. This limits the airflow because of which the speed of pickup of material drops and secondly, it also more prone to filter clogging.

Tangential Inlet

Many industrial vacuum cleaners have a central inlet that is directed using a tangential deflector resulting in the dust entering slower through the inlet. The tangential inlet does not restrict the flow of dust into the industrial vacuum cleaner and also helps develop a more optimal cyclone effect.

Quick Release Collection Drum

The Hydra series comes with a quick release and easy latch mechanism to easily attach and remove the collection drum. The drum is also provided with a handlebar making it easy to move and empty

Vacuum gauge

A vacuum gauge comes pre-fitted on all machines so the operator can quickly and easily checks the state of the filter and whether the machine is running at maximum efficiency.
